Francis Miles

Francis is an accomplished senior software QA project leader (ISEB Practitioner) with 18+ years QA experience within the telecoms, banking, automotive, automated systems development and test consultancy sectors. He has established many large multi-disciplined test organisations, with onshore and offshore capabilities. For the past two and a half years, he has been helping Renault and Nissan understand their differences by helping them evolve common QA process frameworks to meet the demands of their future product lines. Prior to that, he was responsible for software quality at Vertu, the British manufacturer and retailer of luxury handmade mobile phones. He has since re-joined Infuse to help evolve their test consultancy.
